Room Rate Information
All rates are quoted per night based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast, WiFi, and parking. The Signature Mountain Suite as well as the Signature Mountain Chalet can accommodate between 6-8 people, please inquire before booking.

ADA compliant guest rooms are available and should be reserved in advance. Please call for specific information.Reservation Information

Deposit Fee
During our Winter Peak Periods, 50% of total stay is due at time of booking.
During our regular season, one night stay with tax is due at time of booking.

Winter Peak Periods – December 26, 2013 through January 4, 2014
March 7, 2014 through March 13, 2014

Cancellation Policy
When situations arise requiring a change or cancellation to your reservation, we do empathize, but due to our small size we are affected greatly. During our WinterPeak Periods, cancellations outside 2 months of arrival date, 100% of deposit less $25 admin fee per unit booked will be refunded. Within 2 months to 3 weeks of arrival date, 50% of deposit less $25 admin fee per unit booked will be refunded. If reservation is cancelled within 3 weeks of arrival date, guest will forfeit 100% of total stay.

During our regular season, cancellations outside 14 days of arrival date, 100% of deposit less $25 admin fee per unit booked will be refunded. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, guest will forfeit 100% of total stay.

Early departures/late arrivals are subject to the same cancellation policies. Our policy may change at any time and for any reason at the Innkeepers’ discretion. Our cancellation policy is included in your confirmation letter.

Check In, Check Out
Check in time is 3pm. This time allows for us to make sure your room is pristine. Please notify us should you need earlier accommodations, we are happy to assist. Check out time is 11am. Requests for a late checkout may be directed to our front desk.

Smoking Policy
The Nordic Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or space inside the Inn. All rooms are monitored with smoke detectors. Any violation to this policy will result in a restoration fee equal to a minimum of one night’s lodging plus all cleaning costs. If you render a room unacceptable for incoming guests, you must compensate the Inn for lost revenue.

Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly Inn. We have specific rooms available for you and up to two of your four-legged friends. Pets must not be left unattended in their room and must be on leash while on property. A $25 fee per night/per pet will be added to your room charge. Pet owners must sign a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the Inn.

Ski/Snowboard Boots
For your safety and protection, ski and snowboard boots are not allowed in guestrooms, the Great Room, breakfast area, downstairs lounge, or on any wood floors. We provide heated boot racks along with ski storage in a secure space.

Lost Key
A $75.00 fee will be charged to your account if keys are not returned at checkout. Keys can be held for you at that front desk per your request.

Damage/ Security
Management reserves the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of deliberate and intentional damage to Inn property. The Nordic Inn places high priority on the security of guests’ property. All valuables such as travel documents, jewelry, credit cards and personal property are the full responsibility of the individual guest. The Nordic Inn is not responsible for damage or loss of money, sports equipment, or other valuables while staying at the Inn. Management is not responsible for damage to any auto or loss of contents while parked at the Inn.
